Everyone is welcome to join the Sinai Temple Religious School community mostly on the 2nd Saturday of every month* at 10:00 a.m. in a lively service led by Cantor Ari and Dale Schatz to celebrate Shabbat with a festive morning of a family friendly Torah service and study (followed by a delicious lunch-sponsored by Religious School families) Sponsorship opportunities available*
*on selected Saturdays/subject to change
N'vonim
N'vonim is a class for students with day school or high level Hebrew experience
(5th – 7th graders), that need to fulfill the requirements of Sinai Temple's bar/bat mitzvah policy. Students must test into the class. (This course is required for students that leave Sinai Akiba Academy and still wish to have their bar/bat mitzvah at Sinai Temple.) If students do not test into the N'vonim class, according to the requirement they will
attend Religious School (Wednesdays and Sundays).
When: 6 Sundays per year from 9:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and Wednesdays from
4:00 – 6:00 p.m.

SiHi—SiHi is now on wheels!!!
Attention 8th – 12th graders!!! – Join your friends at the new SiHi on wheels!!! This year SiHi is going on the move…getting out into the community and learning through experiences while helping communities all around Los Angeles! It's an engaging, dynamic, elective-based program! Students choose from a variety of awesome electives while enjoying a latte or smoothie and hanging out with friends! Some of the topics we will be covering include helping animals, political advocacy, work with children, environmental causes, hunger and homelessness, and much more! Don't miss this exciting opportunity! Bring your friends (they don't even have to be members!). Community service and work towards Confirmation!
When: Twice a month on Sundays from 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
