Kam Hekmat

Kam Hekmat is the President of Indivest, Inc., a boutique real estate development, investment and management company based in Westwood Village. For thirty years he has developed, constructed, renovated and managed a substantial portfolio of residential and commercial properties, including Center West office building and Plaza La Reina hotel and residence in Westwood Village.

Kam has lived, studied and worked in the United States since 1959, and moved to Los Angeles in 1973. He is the past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the West Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce/West Los Angeles Business Improvement District and is also a member of the UCLA Chancellor’s Associates. Kam and his wife, Mahnaz, are the parents of three children, Cyrus, Reuben and Daniela Hekmat. They are proud to be members of the Sinai community.
