Yoga Fit
For weight loss, flexibility, strength, and balance. Molly is a certified yoga/exercise instructor with 18 years of experience. This is a complete mind and body conditioning class that includes yoga, meditation, a light weight workout to tone muscles, cardio to burn fat, and core exercises to tighten and strengthen the stomach. All ages and levels are welcome.

Spend an hour every Thursday morning deepening your understanding of Judaism and our sacred text. Learn along with us as we go through the Torah together; no prior knowledge or Hebrew is required. This year's class will focus on the Song of Songs, Esther, and Jonah. There is no charge for this class.
