For weight loss, flexibility, strength, and balance. Molly is a certified yoga/exercise instructor with 18 years of experience. This is a complete mind and body conditioning class that includes yoga, meditation, a light weight workout to tone muscles, cardio to burn fat, and core exercises to tighten and strengthen the stomach. All ages and levels are welcome.
